Challenges:

A change by the government that traditional payments would be replaced with a QR code based them in quite a tough position. Fast approaching their high-transaction season, FreedomPay needed a solution that would seamlessly and rapidly embed the QR code into
its payment flows. Well, that’s when Wrinom saved the day.

Wrinom partnered directly with FreedomPay to tailor an effective solution for them. On a continual basis, they would test and create improvements in the payment system using QR code. Ultimately, Wrinom was able to deliver the project before FreedomPay busiest
transaction season, running production transactions smoothly with QR code enabled.

Implementation Process:

1. Requirement Analysis:

The initial stage was followed by a thorough analysis of the flavorist requirements. This included mapping stakeholder kick-offs, process diagnosis and outlining the project certain scope.

2. System Design and Customization:

The following case study takes you through the result of a requirements analysis, which was then designed as a customized Salesforce solution to cater Wrinom ‘s needs.

To put it plainly, work involved setup/integration of Salesforce modules; Sales Cloud, Service and Marketing Consumers with office surroundings.

3. Data Migration:

FreedomPay required a custom solution to be built into their current workflow automation needs and Wrinom’s in-house expert team was helping Freedom Pay by providing them with automated solutions for their business. The team created a plan for robust QA testing which includes all new features in those existing ones and no conflict between them.

The team also met with the resource manager to do something about resourcing and respond hearings often that required extraordinary feature build-investigations as another developer assist. Proof of concept sandbox was created, and developers started working with QR code integration including the logic related to how transaction records were mapped. The team met the QR code service provider to understand their end to end process as well.

Prior to the Salesforce implementation, everything that was required of this customer company needed manual processes following contact with customers and continuing through transaction management / data handling. This was extremely strenuous and waste of time. The implementation of Salesforce has made it possible for the company to streamline their operations and deliver enhanced customer service.

They use standard and custom objects to store:

  2. 2. Reports and dashboards to track transaction data
  3. 3. A mobile app to access transaction data on the go
  1. 1. Pardot to create and manage customer campaigns
  2. 2. Community to provide customers with a platform to connect and interact
  3. 3. Flows and Screenflows to automate processes.

The customer also uses integrations such as Kulturra, Stripe, Conga, and Swiss QR code to integrate with other systems. With these integrations, the customer is able to quickly access transaction data and provide a better customer experience.

Wrinom was able to create a custom solution that was tailored to FreedomPay’s specific needs. The result was an automated workflow that was efficient and streamlined, making FreedomPay’s business processes faster and more effective.
